Position Description:
Program Management Analyst for Global Core Lighting, Mechatronics and Switches (LMS) will be responsible for managing the global engineering projects and supporting the leadership team in limited administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Develops project plans, including work breakdown structures, activity assignments and project schedules. Integrates multiple project schedules using software tools, as applicable. Identifies, consolidates and resolves timing issues. Work as a function PMA with supervision and functions effectively in a matrix organization Track Program Milestone and deliverable support Maintain Global information infrastructure across all Lighting Mechatronic and Switch departments Drive Lessons Learned and Best Practice Upstream to Tools/Processes Facilitate Department Budget and Order management Work across organization locally and globally Schedule and lead meetings, set agendas, facilitate meetings Set up and maintain organization structures Support Cost, Weight & Investment reporting & reconciliation
Skills Required:
Highly efficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Highly motivated with a proactive approach Excellent communication and project management skills
Skills Preferred:
Experience Required:
Bachelor's Degree 5+ program management experience
Experience Preferred:
Familiar with the latest industry trends and features
Education Required:
Bachelors degree in an associated field
